Our extensive skills enable us to undertake prototype projects, from development and manufacture of special purpose machinery through to small batch and full production machining of piece parts while working from a variety of drawing media and in close partnership with our customers

OUR PRECISION ENGINEERING SERVICES

PRECISION MACHINING

CSL Engineers Ltd are precision engineers & Toolmakers, specialising in CNC & conventional machining, surface grinding, CNC wire erosion, EDM & assembly. Our speciality is low volume high quality precision components, often manufactured from a variety of difficult materials and complex shapes.

CAD CAM FACILITIES

We have the latest CAD / CAM software which can accept various file formats of 2D and 3D Data. We are able to manufacture and inspect using the following software suites - One CNC (Up to 5 Axis), Feature Cam Ezcam, Spaceclaim, Ablink Inspect to Cad.

WIRE EROSION

CSL Engineers Ltd have a state of the art wire erosion facility. Using our 3 Agie Charmilles machines, we can provide extremely high accuracy cutting of precision parts & components to your exact requirements.

TOOLMAKING & PRESSING

CSL Engineers Ltd offer a full Toolmaking and pressing service of low volume high quality components We manufacture press tools and pressed components to customer design and specification.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

CSL Engineers is an ISO 9001:2008, as well as ISO 14001:2004 registered company. Strengthening our offer of quality throughout our process. We are able to offer full traceability of our customer components via our ``Redant`` production control software. This software controls all areas, including: Quotation Procurement Manufacture Quality Delivery.

HEAT TREATMENT / FINISHING PROCESS

In partnership with our approved contractors, we are able to offer a complete manufacturing solution, including heat treatments and surface coatings.

DELIVERY

We provide a same day service using our own vehicles for local deliveries of precision components, assemblies and tooling. We are also able to offer a next day service using TNT. For overseas customers we are able to offer delivery via DHL, usually next day within Europe.

5 AXIS MACHINING

CSL Engineers Ltd have a number of 5 axis machines of varying capacities - this enables us to offer an even faster turn around on precision components, from difficult materials and to complex shapes.

SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINERY

CSL Engineers Ltd - Manufacture and build special purpose machinery to customers design and specification. We work in partnership with our customers and undertake development and process control of bespoke equipment.
